Bingzi Hu, Esq. is originally from China and before coming to the United States, she received a Master’s Degree in Civil and Commercial Law magna cum laude from Beijing Technology and Business University. After relocating to the U.S., Bingzi Hu, Esq. received her Juris Doctor Degree from Georgia State University in 2012 and then went on to receive an LL.M. in Federal Criminal Defense and Practice from Mercer University Walter F. George School of Law. Bingzi was admitted to practice law in Georgia in 2013. Since then she had become admitted to practice in The following jurisdictions: the Northern District of Georgia Federal Court, the Middle District of Georgia Federal Court, the Georgia Court of Appeals, and the Supreme Court of Georgia. At L. David Wolfe, P.C., Bingzi’s primary area of practice is Criminal Defense Law where she focused on: securities fraud, bank fraud, bankruptcy fraud, money laundering, and “pill mill” cases.
