Bradley Thoreson is a Shareholder in Buchalter’s Seattle office and a member of the Firm’s Litigation Practice Group. Mr. Thoreson focuses his practice on complex commercial litigation, representing both plaintiffs and defendants in a wide variety of disputes. During his 30 years of practice, Mr. Thoreson has successfully tried more than 40 cases to verdict, both in state and federal courts. He has handled a wide variety of disputes, involving high-stakes jury and non-jury litigation including ‘bet-the-company’ litigation, securities fraud, troubled investments, complex contract disputes, and real estate and construction matters. Mr. Thoreson represents clients from a diverse range of industries, including financial services, health and wellness, pension funds and institutional investors, real estate development and more. In addition to his legal practice, Mr. Thoreson contributes significant time and effort to civic and charitable causes. He currently serves on the Board of Trustees of Seattle Pacific University and the Board of Governors for the Washington Athletic Club. He recently completed a two-year term as Board Chair of the Corporate Board of Directors for the Boys & Girls Clubs of King County and continues to be involved in the organization as co-chair of its annual key events.
