Born and raised in Southeast Michigan, Attorney Brandon S. Thomson provides legal expertise on a wide range of client issues with a focus on Elder Law, Estate Planning, Medicaid Planning, Veterans Benefits, Guardianship and Conservatorship, and Probate matters. He is a VA-accredited attorney, a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys (NAELA), the Elder Law and Disability Rights, and Estate Planning and Probate sections of the State Bar of Michigan. Attorney Thomson graduated from Western Michigan University Cooley Law School, Cum Laude. During that time, he served as an Editor on the Law Review, clerked for Federal Magistrate Stephen Whalen, received the Certificate of Merit Award for Property Law and Elder Law, and assisted senior citizens as a student attorney in the Probate and Estate Planning Clinic. Brandon sits on the Henry Ford Wyandotte Ethics Board as an attorney advisor.
