Brett serves as the "Outside CLO" (Chief Legal Officer) for a variety of start-ups, developing, and established Cincinnati / Northern Kentucky organizations of all sizes (from single-member LLC start-ups to nine-figure annual profit companies with hundreds of employees). Brett adds accretive value to the growth of its client-partner in this role, while predicting blind spots and mitigating risk.
