Government and Administrative Law
Mr. Ballard was admitted to the Florida bar in 1991. He attended the University of Florida, Fredric G. Levin College of Law and earned his Juris Doctorate degree in 1988. Brian was inducted into Florida State’s University Francis Eppes Society for his philanthropic efforts to the University. He was also induced into the University of Florida’s Hall of Fame. Mr. Ballard’s areas of practice include: Administrative Law, City, County & Local Government Law and Environmental & Land Use Law. Known as one of the top political insiders in Florida, Mr. Ballard has served on many presidential and gubernatorial campaigns throughout his career.
