Brian represented me in a suit resulting from a car accident. The injuries from the accident required surgery and 3+ months of being on disability. Before meeting Brian, I must admit, I had a certain "ambulance chaser" vision of attorneys in his field. Brian changed all of that. I was referred to Brian by a friend of mine who is an attorney at a Patent Law Firm. I knew I could trust my friend and he seemed to trust Brian. Working through the process was pretty painless. Brian was upfront with his thoughts on how he felt the suit would go and he was right. In the end, our settlement happened out of court which I preferred. Brian, his partner, and his staff were a pleasure to work with. I would definitely recommend Brian to anyone injured due to negligence.
