My passion for personal injury law began with a personal tragedy. My mother’s malignant melanoma was misdiagnosed, allowing the cancer to spread and ultimately take her life. That experience taught me the importance of understanding the facts, asking questions, and fighting for what’s right. After working at two large personal injury firms, I founded my own in 1998 with a different vision: to provide every client with personal attention while bringing the experience, resources, and determination needed to take on the largest insurance companies. At our firm, we know our clients personally. We listen. We care. We treat each other—and our clients—like family and that commitment has helped us recover hundreds of millions of dollars each year for injured accident victims. Outside the office, I'm a devoted husband to my wife, Ligia, and father to our daughters, Sienna and Aria. Helping people through some of the most difficult moments of their lives isn't just my career—it's my life's work.
