Following graduation from New York Law School, Mr. Becker worked in the General Counsel’s Office for the Latin America and Caribbean Headquarters of American Express in Miami Lakes, Florida. Mr. Becker oversees Immigration matters including non-immigrant visa petitions (for investors, professional and non-professional workers), employment-based applications for permanent residency for persons of extraordinary ability, multinational executives and managers, professionals with advanced degrees, investors and other workers. He also handles family-based applications for permanent residency, deportation, political asylum, and other bases of relief including waivers for fraud, criminal acts, 3 and 10 years bars and cancellation of removal. Possessing a unique combination of education and experience in Immigration Law, Mr. Becker has won cases which his colleagues have considered “no-win” situations and has earned him a reputation as one of the best in the industry. Brian G. Becker is a member of the Florida Bar and is licensed to practice before the United States District Court, Southern and Middle Districts of Florida, and the 11th Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals.
