Bruce Rogers has been in the Private Practice of Law for 27 years. Bruce handles litigation in all courts from Delaware’s Justice of the Peace to the United States Supreme Court. Bruce frequently litigates in the areas of Family, Criminal, Civil Litigation and Personal Injury cases. Bruce is trained in Alternate Dispute Resolution and is approved by the ABA and Superior Court as a Mediator/Arbitrator. Bruce has held the post of Deputy Legal Counsel to Delaware Governor Michael N. Castle, during which he worked extensively with a variety of issues as they relate to state, local, and federal government. In addition to his Juris Doctor, Bruce has earned his PhD in Political Science/Political Theory and has taught courses in the areas of political science, business law, constitutional law, and real estate law for University of Delaware, Wilmington University, & Delaware Technical and Community College. He is the Editor for the Delaware Law Review, a Center Fellow with the Churchill Centre, an Assistant Editor and Vice chairperson with the ABA – Section of Torts and Insurance Practice.vBruce continues to advise candidates and elected officials in all aspects of their pursuits, from the decision to run for office, through the election cycle and into office.
