Ms. Blackwood is an accomplished employment attorney with specialized training and experience in workplace investigations. She conducts investigations involving discrimination, harassment and ethics complaints before they snowball into costly litigation. Because she is from outside the organization, she often recognizes issues that escape notice of those who experience them on a daily basis.
