Cathy Nash represents Fortune 500 corporations in the construction industry from the initial contract negotiations to dispute resolution, including bids and trials. Nash attained degrees from Emory University’s Laney Graduate School, Rutgers University in New Brunswick, NJ and Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law at Yeshiva University in New York City. She began practicing construction law at a downtown “boutique” law firm in 1988 servicing Winter Construction Company, Harry S. Peterson Co., and Master Builders. As Senior Attorney with Johnson & Freeman, LLC, Nash manages the Fulton County and the State of Georgia accounts. Nash currently sits on the Board of Directors of the Zuckerman Museum of Kennesaw State University and Georgia Lawyers for the Arts. She also serves as a Docent at the High Museum of Art. Nash is a longtime member of the State Bar of Georgia, The Georgia Association of Women Lawyers, and Lawyers for the Arts.
