C.C. "Sonny" Phillips has been practicing law primarily in Harris and Montgomery Counties since 1986. He first earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Texas in 1982 and went on to complete his Doctorate in Jurisprudence from South Texas College of Law in 1985. A member of the Texas State Bar, he became licensed by the Texas Supreme Court in 1986. In 1987 he was licensed by the United States District Court, South District of Texas.
