Before becoming an attorney, Chad served 35 years in the fire-rescue profession, rising through the ranks from firefighter/paramedic to Fire Chief. That experience shaped his practical, client-focused approach to helping individuals and families navigate important legal decisions with clarity and confidence.
He is a partner with Moiguer Brocato Law, where his practice focuses on estate planning, probate and trust administration, trust litigation, and related civil matters. He is particularly passionate about helping first responders, business owners, and families protect their assets, preserve wealth, and avoid unnecessary conflict through proactive planning. In addition to his legal practice, Chad is an author, speaker, and educator.
