Chad A. Ritchie practices estate planning law in Bloomington, Illinois through his law firm – the Ritchie Law Office, Ltd.
Chad has been practicing law in McLean County since receiving his law license in November, 2002. He is a lifelong McLean County resident, growing up on a farm just outside of Colfax, Illinois. Chad graduated from Illinois Wesleyan University in 1997, cum laude, with a double major in history and political science.
Chad was an IESA state champion in the shot put and discus throw. He earned multiple varsity letters in football, basketball and track in high school. He also earned varsity letters in track while in college. While at IWU, Chad spent a semester abroad at American University in Washington D.C. and was a television production intern for the political commentary show “The McLaughlin Group”.
After graduating from Illinois Wesleyan University, Chad attended Southern Illinois University School of Law where he served on the school’s Law Journal as an Articles Editor. He graduated from SIU Law in 2002 with honors.
Chad began his legal career working for a Bloomington attorney in 2002 as an associate. In 2005, Chad started his own law firm – The Ritchie Law Office, Ltd.
