Charles M. Strain served as Farrell Fritz’s managing partner from 2001–2015. He concentrates in corporate, finance, and real estate law on behalf of large and small corporations and businesses. Charlie represents financial institutions in lending transactions with respect to regulatory and compliance issues, and healthcare providers in contract negotiations, real estate transactions, and regulatory matters. He also serves as general counsel to a number of closely held corporations and not-for-profit organizations of all types, including religious corporations.
