Charles W. Watson graduated from IUP in 1969 with an honors degree in accounting. Following graduation he served in the US Army including 13 months with the 101st Airborne Division in Vietnam where he attained the rank of seargent and received several awards . He graduated from the Dickinson School of Law in 1974. At Dickinson he was a member and the Business Manager of the Dickinson Law Review. He has practiced in Pennsylvania since 1974. For approximately 20 years he has limited his practice to estate planning, estate administration, and business related matters. He is the managing partner of an eight- lawyer firm. He is rated AV and a member ACTEC . He is a former president of his county bar association and a former member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association Board Of Governors. He has served on numerous not for profit boards and is the immediate past president of the Uniontown Hospital Board of Directors. He and his wife, Ann, are the parents of two sons, David and Aaron.
