Chesley Don Freeman Other

Don Freeman grew up in Birmingham, AL and Panama City Beach, FL. He received his undergraduate degree from Birmingham-Southern College, where he was named the Outstanding Business Senior. He then attended law school at the Cumberland School of Law at Samford University, where was named a Scholar of Merit and member of the Dean's List. He began working at Shelby Roden, LLC in 2011. Shelby Roden is a high-stakes, complex litigation law firm established in 1986. The firm has helped individuals and businesses with their environmental, corporate, and antitrust legal needs for more than 30 years. Mr. Freeman has managed the firm’s mass tort projects for most of the past decade, representing over 1000 Southeastern businesses’ interests as a result of the 2010 Gulf Oil Spill and litigating on behalf of thousands of healthcare providers affected by the antitrust litigation against Blue Cross and Blue Shield.
