Ms. Fine was born in Orlando and raised in DeLand. She studied art at the University of Florida, she then graduated with honors from the University of Florida Levin College of Law. She practiced with the firm of Watson, Folds, Steadham, Sproull, Christmann, & Brashear, P.A. She served as the Assistant Director of Legal Research & Writing at the University of Florida Levin College of Law. She received the Recognition of Service Award from the Legal Panel of the ACLU of Florida. She is a former president of the Eighth Judicial Circuit section of the Florida Assoc. of Criminal Defense Lawyers and the Florida Eighth Judicial Circuit of Bar Assoc.
Ms. Fine is member of the personal injury law firm of Fine, Farkash, & Parlapiano, P.A., and a partner since 2008. She is a member of both The Bennett and Adkins, Inn of Court, where she is currently the President-elect. In 2022, she received the James L. Tomlinson Professionalism Award, the Eighth Judicial Circuit Bar Ass's premier honor.
