Cheryl Turner is the founder/principal attorney of Turner & Associates. Turner’s advocacy in the courts and legislature has led to legislation protecting consumer and constitutional rights. Her background as a law clerk extern in the U. S. Courts, counsel for insurance companies, lawyer to law firms involved in class-action suits, and in government advocacy is the basis for her law practice where she represents clients in business, tax, insurance, real estate, consumer rights and personal injury matters. She has served as insurance defense counsel where she has successfully defended insureds from liability claims, represents clients in real estate development projects; represented the FDIC and RTC in banking litigation; has been recognized with the American Judicature Award for Appellate Advocacy. She has published over 40 articles and is a media expert on rental housing. Turner received her J.D. from U.S.C. and is admitted to the California, Texas, Missouri, Arizona Federal Courts.
