Mr. Taylor is a graduate of the University of Santa Clara and the University of San Diego Law School. He served in the San Diego City Prosecutor's office and was subsequently awarded a position as extern to a Justice of the California Court of Appeals. He was an Orange County Deputy Public Defender for 10 years, during which he was assigned to be Supervising Attorney for misdemeanor cases (including DUI), and has handled well over 5000 criminal cases from DUI to murder. The firm’s managing partner has been named by Coast Magazine to its annual “Orange County’s Top Attorneys" list and, in 2018, Mr. Taylor was selected by his fellow Southern California attorneys as a Rising Star for the 3rd consecutive year for “attaining a high degree of peer recognition and professional achievement” in the DUI defense field. He is a Member of the State Bar of California, Orange County Bar Association, National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, National College for DUI Defense.
