Brett A.
With the help of Chris Taylor and his excellent law firm, I was able to face the most difficult situation in my life. I was charged with a 2nd DUI in June 2016. For a second offense, a person will be facing mandatory jail time, significant fines, loss of license for 1-2 years, and most likely a loss of career/occupation due to all of these factors. This was true in my case, and without Chris's help, this terrible situation would have ruined my life. In the excessively punitive nature of DUI Law, orange county criminal "justice" system WILL do everything in their power to slam you as hard as they can, with everything they can. Orange County DA's office, and most likely other counties, will use the mandatory minimums as leverage in your case to hit you with everything they can, they do not care about if you were arrested legally or who the individual is as a productive societal member. (you can thank congressional bureaucrats, the police, District Attorney Offices, and MADD for the mandatory minimum punishments- all of which are basically established without real public approval, get out there and vote so we can change this). If you are unfortunate enough to get a DUI for whatever number offense it is, you need to call Mr. Taylor. He knows the system inside and out, is great with working with the impossible, immoral DA's office, court representatives, and DMV officials. Whatever is needed for your individual case, he will walk you through it, explain everything in detail, and make sure you know what is happening every step of the way. I was able to not stress/freak out as much as possible as I was confident Mr. Taylor was doing everything in his power to help me; he TRULY CARES ABOUT HIS CLIENTS and their cases, and you will feel that every step of the way. In the end, my case was dismissed with only DMV aspects to face, and I was able to carry on with my life. The process was, and will be for you, very painful. However, with the help of law offices of Taylor and Taylor, they will fight to get you the best possible outcome for your case. Chris, I cannot thank you enough. The service you provide to your clients to face the monster of a system we have, is indispensable.
