Christina Raimondi Intellectual Property Law

Christi advises individuals and businesses on all aspects of intellectual property including brand creation, trademark and copyright registration, and policing of trademark and copyright portfolios, both domestically and internationally. She has experience handling matters before the United States Patent and Trademark Office and the Trademark Trials and Appeals Board. She also has contacts with law firms in close to thirty different countries to assist her clients with their international business transactions. Christi also assists clients with their tax controversy issues, including audit defense and reporting of foreign financial accounts through the Internal Revenue Service’s Offshore Voluntary Disclosure Program (“OVDP”). Christi takes the time to get to know her clients and their industry so she can tailor her approach to fit their specific needs. This insight allows her to identify other areas where she can provide guidance and minimize the risk of future disputes and expensive litigation. Prior to joining the firm in 2006, Christi worked for the Department of Justice Antitrust Division and several other private law firms which exposed her to a variety of different areas of law including estate planning and probate, construction litigation, medical malpractice insurance defense and general civil litigation. Christi’s broad range of experience allows her to look beyond the issues at hand and find strategic and efficient solutions for her clients.
