Area of Practice: Hospitality
Christine E. Taylor focuses her practice in the areas of Hospitality Law, Business Law, Labor and Employment Law, Real Estate Law, Administrative Law, Estate Law and Litigation.
Ms. Taylor found her way to law school after a career as a professional opera singer, receiving both a Bachelor and Master Degree of Music in Voice Performance. She attended the UCLA School of Law where she received her J.D. When residing in Los Angeles and prior to joining the Firm, Ms. Taylor worked in Entertainment Law, helping both start-ups and production companies. In this role, Ms. Taylor developed contracts and amendments, and provided Independent Contractor and Employment Contracts.
Ms. Taylor grew up within the campground industry, working at parks in both the Yogi Bear’s Jellystone Park Franchise and the Kampgrounds of America Franchise. Armed with two decades of experience, Ms. Taylor is quick to point out the legal issues that apply to outdoor hospitality business owners. She has provided a wide variety of services to campgrounds, RV Parks, and glamping venues, including seasonal licenses, waivers, employment contracts, real estate services and even litigation services as needed.
Although Ms. Taylor has lived all over the United States, she is proud to return to and settle finally in Upstate New York, her favorite place of all her childhood homes. She is happily married to her Canadian husband (after gaining a thorough understanding of the United States immigration process), has a new little boy, and enjoys keeping music in her life, however she can.
Christine Taylor is a Principal Partner at TLF.
