Christine M. Lugo was born and raised in Miami, Florida where she is currently a practicing attorney at MSP Recovery Law Firm. Christine has been licensed to practice law in the State of Florida for over 6 year, and is also licensed to practice before the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida, United States District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit. Christine focuses her practice in commercial litigation, business disputes, and appellate matters.
Christine has argued before the Third District Court of Appeal of Florida, and the Appellate Division of the Circuit Court of the Eleventh Judicial Circuit in and for Miami-Dade County, Florida, wherein she has successfully obtained denials of petitions for writs of certiorari, and the reversal of final judgments.
