Creditor Rights
Mr. DeNardo is the Managing Partner of Shapiro and DeNardo, LLC and is responsible for the management and supervision for all matters handled by the firm. He is admitted to practice law in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and the State of New Jersey, as well as all Federal District Courts in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Mr. DeNardo has several years’ worth of valuable experience representing lenders in foreclosures and evictions as well as other real estate transactions, as well as creditor's rights and bankruptcy issues. He also has experience in litigating quiet title actions and assisting lenders in the reacquisition of properties after tax sale as well as after drug seizures. Mr. DeNardo has given several lectures regarding both foreclosure and bankruptcy practice, and is a member of the steering committee that developed the Philadelphia Mortgage Diversion Program, which became the template for mortgage mediation programs across the country.
