Chris was originally born in Clarksville, Tennessee, but moved to the Tri-Cities area when he was five. He attended Kindergarten through high school here, graduating from Kamiakin High Schoolin Kennewick. He recieved a Bachelor of Arts from Eastern Washington University, and a Juris Doctor from Georgetown University Law Center in Washington, D.C. LEGAL CAREER HISTORY Chris formerly practiced as Deputy Prosecuting Attorney in Benton County, and in private practice represented three of the four largest banks in the Nation, as well as other entities.
