Christopher F. Mestecky is a partner with Guercio & Guercio, LLP. He is a member of the New York State Bar Association and the New York State Trial Lawyers Association. Mr. Mestecky joined the firm in 2005. He concentrates on general counsel and labor matters for school districts, construction litigation as well as personal injury litigation. He has been actively engaged in court litigation in school related matters, including construction matters and employee and student discipline matters.
