Attorney Slusser graduated from Pennsylvania State University. He earned his Juris Doctor from Widener School of Law. He is admitted to practice law in all trial and appellate courts of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and the State of New Jersey, the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, and the U.S. Supreme Court.
