Chris earned his J.D. from Oak Brook College of Law, where he graduated with honors. At the time he passed the bar at age 22, he was one of the youngest lawyers in the State of California. He received his B.A. from Excelsior College, where he also graduated with honors.

As a prosecutor for 16 years, Chris handled every type of criminal case from start to finish. He served in a management role as the Chief Assistant District Attorney in Nevada County. Previously, he worked as a deputy district attorney in Kings, Fresno, and Santa Clara County. Chris has extensive jury trial experience. As an elite prosecutor, he spent years on specialized units that handled gang, sexual assault, and homicide cases. He has tried many high-profile, serious, and complex jury trials; including a cold case, rape-murder committed in 1983. Chris was twice recognized as Prosecutor of the Year in Fresno County and was nominated for Trial Attorney of the year in Santa Clara County.

Since entering private practice, Chris has used his experience to provide expert representation to those facing criminal charges. He says, “sometimes good people find themselves in bad situations. It makes all the difference in the world to have the right attorney fighting for you. I think of each case as if my client was a family member or friend who needed help. I would want someone like me there for them.”
