Colleen Clark Estate Planning Law

Colleen L. Clark is a member of the New Jersey and New York bars. Ms. Clark received her B.S. from Lehigh University and her J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law. Her practice focuses on special education matters; trust and estate law, including special needs planning and probate matters; guardianship; and complex real estate transactions. Ms. Clark is a strong advocate for the rights of students who require special education programs. She helps families navigate their child’s educational rights under IDEA, Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 and the ADA. Special needs advocacy often does not end there. Ms. Clark also helps protect the assets and governmental benefits of disabled individuals to ensure their current and long term needs are met. Ms. Clark enjoys being a part of the Matus Law Group where the focus is on meeting the unique needs of our clients.
