Clark is Board Certified in Personal Injury Trial Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization, and is a member of numerous professional, legal, and civic associations including the Texas Trial Lawyers Association, the East Texas Trial Lawyers Association, the American Board of Trial Advocates, the American Association of Justice, Dallas Trial Lawyers, Dallas Bar Association, Smith County Bar Association, and Cherokee County Bar Association. He is licensed to argue before the Supreme Court, all courts in Texas, and the Eastern, Western, Northern, and Southern Federal Districts of Texas, as well as the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals.
