Mr. Pollack graduated Magna Cum Laude from New York University, receiving the NYU Founders’ Day Award for academic excellence. He also graduated Phi Beta Kappa (the nation’s most prestigious and selective academic society). In 1984, Mr. Pollack graduated from Brooklyn Law School and was admitted to practice law in the state of New York the following year. During his lengthy career, Mr. Pollack has acquired a profound knowledge of all aspects of immigration law and has helped thousands of immigrants achieve the American Dream. Mr. Pollack is a proud member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA), the New York Court Lawyers Association, the Association of Trial Lawyers of America and the American Bar Association.
