Craig R. Mitnick is a distinguished personal injury litigator best known for his work representing 1,400 retired NFL players who have been subjected to traumatic brain injury. With three decades of experience, Mr. Mitnick has been recognized by organizations such as the National Trial Lawyers and the American Society of Legal Advocates as one the nation’s leading authorities in the fields of civil and criminal complex litigation. After earning his B.B.A. in finance from Emory University, he enrolled at the George Washington University School of Law. After earning his Juris Doctor, Mr. Mitnick joined the public sector, working as an Assistant Prosecutor in two separate counties in the state of New Jersey and acted as a certified instructor of law and procedure at two countywide police academies. Focusing on complex litigation, Mr. Mitnick takes on a broad range of cases for clients who have sustained substantial injury due to the improper or illegal conduct of another.
