Cynthia Maddox serves as Senior Vice President and Senior Trust Advisor for Bank of America Private Bank. In this capacity she oversees the administration of complex personal trusts and investment management accounts. She also helps to develop and retain business, as well as assists with compliance issues. Cynthia has worked with high net worth clients for many years, and prior to Bank of America she served as the Trust Director for PNC Bank, N.A. Additionally, her career has included serving as General Counsel to a fortune 500 company as well as being in private practice for many years. Cynthia works closely with the BOA members, clients and their outside advisors in defining clients’ ongoing trust, estate planning and tax needs. Cynthia obtained her juris doctor from Duke University School of Law, and her B.A. from Northwestern University. Cynthia has served on many charitable boards in various arts communities.
