Mr. Guthrie has successfully handled white collar defense cases for entrepreneurs; individuals; attorneys and law firms; medical providers, including doctors and hospital administrators; and large and small businesses across the country. His clients have worked in industries ranging from oil and gas to commercial real estate to banking and accounting to political campaigns and political organizations. Mr. Guthrie is admitted to practice before the Northern District of Texas, the Southern District of Texas, the District of Arizona, the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals, the Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals, the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals, the United States Tax Court and the Supreme Court of the United States. He can be admitted to practice before any federal district court, which allows him to handle federal cases anywhere in the United States.
