Daniel P.J. Miller is a civil litigation attorney who joined Tucker & Miller in 1988. The firm is now Miller & Cruz. He is a partner in the firm and practices in the areas of personal injury, wrongful death and medical malpractice. He has handled all types of personal injury cases including car and truck crashes, premises liability, automotive product liability and dog bite injuries. He has also handled numerous malpractice cases involving misdiagnosis, failure to diagnose cancer, failure to diagnose and treat heart problems and negligent surgery cases in cardiology, orthopedics, oncology and neurosurgery. Dan has recovered tens of millions of dollars on behalf of his clients and received one of the largest wrongful death awards in Arizona history. Mr. Miller passionately advocates for his clients. Many times in his career, Dan looked at potential cases other lawyers had turned down and proceeded to obtain substantial settlements and verdicts. These include a $1.7 million case for a near drowning, $500,000 for a car-bicycle accident and $8,000,000 for an automotive product liability case, $9.5 million for neurosurgery malpractice and many others.
