Mr. Rabin graduated from the University of Kansas in 1984 and the Oklahoma City University Law School in 1987. He became a member of the Kansas Bar in the same year. He is a member of the Kansas City Metropolitan, Johnson County, Kansas, Missouri and American Bar Associations. He is licensed to practice in Federal Court in both Kansas and Missouri. He is a member of the Commercial Law League of America. He is also one of a few attorneys in the Kansas City area certified by the American Collectors Association (ACA) as a MAP and CNR attorney. Mr. Rabin is also the ACA Chairman for the State of Kansas. Mr.Rabin also devotes the majority of his practice to the enforcement of creditor's rights, collections, and the representation of collection agencies as well as collection notice reviews.
