Assistant District Attorney
Daniel Zola was born and raised in Hazleton. He graduated from Hazleton Area High School and furthered his education at King's College in Wilkes-Barre. He graduated from King's College with a B.A. in Criminal Justice. Daniel attended law school at Widener University School of Law in Harrisburg and graduated with a J.D in 2002. He is currently a member of the American Bar Association, Pennsylvania Bar Association, Luzerne County Bar Association; Lower Luzerne County Bar Association; PA Association of Trial Lawyers of America (ATLA); Pennsylvania District Attorneys Association and Pennsylvania State Association of Township Solicitors. Daniel has practiced in Luzerne, Carbon, Schuylkill and Chester Counties. His areas of practice vary from all areas of civil litigation including personal injury, products liability, workers' compensation, family law and contracts. Since 2005, Attorney Zola has also been a member of the Luzerne County District Attorneys Office. As an Assistant District Attorney, Daniel Zola has worked tirelessly prosecuting criminals in Luzerne County and standing up for the rights of those whom have become victims to crimes. Proudly, Attorney Zola has accumulated a 99% conviction rate at jury trial.
