Dara L. Rosenbaum is one of the founding partners of Rosenbaum & Taylor, P.C. Dara represents both individuals and businesses on a variety of legal issues, including contract negotiation and drafting, business disputes, personal injury, wrongful death, Labor Law, products liability, mechanic’s liens, property damage and insurance. She counsels and advises individuals and businesses on transactional matters and represents them in lawsuits, whether they need to sue, or are being sued.
Dara handles all aspects of civil litigation from investigation to trial to appeal, including drafting pleadings, conducting discovery, taking and defending depositions and drafting and arguing motions and appeals.
