Darin Kendall Social Security Disability Law

Darin Kendall is the firm’s founding attorney and has been in private practice in Ohio since 1982 (also licensed in Utah in 1979). He has an active personal injury and Social Security disability practice, and has represented thousands of clients seeking Social Security disability (SSDI) and Supplemental Security Income (SSI) benefits. Mr. Kendall has appeared before Federal Administrative Law judges located in Ohio, Illinois, Virginia, Texas, Massachusetts, Missouri and West VirginiaIn addition to his trial and administrative appearances, he has also argued appellate cases before the federal Sixth Circuit and the Ohio Supreme Court. He is a graduate of The Ohio State University, and earned his law degree from the University of Utah College of Law. Mr. Kendall is admitted to practice in Ohio and is admitted to the U.S. District Court for the Southern and Northern Districts of Ohio, the Court of Appeals for the U.S. Sixth Circuit and the U.S. District Court, District of Utah. He is a member of the Columbus Bar Association, Ohio State Bar Association, and the Franklin County Social Security Committee. Mr. Kendall has provided experienced legal representation to clients throughout Central and Southern Ohio.
