Darran Barhaugh received his Juris Doctor from John Marshall Law School in 2005, and in 2006 he became the founder and sole proprietor of the Barhaugh Law Firm, P.C. With a major focus to provide families and individuals peace of mind, Mr. Barhaugh concentrates his general practice in the areas of Family Law and Traffic Violations. Named as one of the Rising Stars by Super Lawyers Magazine in 2012, 2014, 2015, and 2016. Mr. Barhaugh is an active member in the Illinois Bar Association, DuPage County Bar Association, Kane County Bar Association and the Will County Bar Association. He received special training to become a Certified Mediator and he is regularly called upon to be a court appointed Guardian ad Litem. In the past, he has served as Vice President and President for the Corporate Law Association. Mr. Barhaugh can represent clients for Secretary of State Hearings, driver's license reinstatement, as well as major traffic violations.
