Mr. Weinstein practices in the areas of Business Law, Franchise Law, Commercial Transactions, Contract Law, Finance Law, Asset Protection Law, Government Contracting Law, Debtor-Creditor Law, Health Care Law, and Intellectual Property Law. Additionally, Mr. Weinstein has extensive experience representing various major financial institutions. Mr. Weinstein has also served as General Counsel for numerous public and privately held companies. Mr. Weinstein is a member of the American Bar Association, Business Law Section; New Jersey State Bar Association, Business Law Section; New York State Bar Association, International Law, Contract & Commercial Law Committee. Mr. Weinstein has also served as the Chairman of the Electronic Funds Transfer Committee of the American Bar Association's Section of Science and Technology and was Vice-Chairman of the American Bar Association's Section of Science and Technology Computer Crime Committee.
