Mr. Kresin attended the University of Kansas School of Law where he earned his Juris Doctorate degree in 1997. Mr. Kresin is admitted to practice within the following jurisdictions: Arizona, Kansas, Missouri, U.S. District Court District of Arizona, U.S. District Court of Kansas and the U.S. Court of Appeals 9th Circuit. Mr. Kresin’s areas of practice include Employment Litigation, Labor & Employment Counseling and Commercial Litigation. 80% of his practice is devoted to litigation. Mr. Kresin is affiliated with many professional associations and memberships including the American Bar Association, Labor & Employment Section where he is also part of the Equal Employment Opportunity Committee. He is also a member of the Arizona Employment Lawyers. In addition to being recognized by Lawyers of Distinction for excellence in the practice of law, Mr. Kresin was acknowledged as the Employee Rights Attorney of the Year in Arizona by the Corporate INTL Magazine Global Awards. He was also nominated as one of “Arizona’s Finest Lawyers” in 2011.
