David Cutner is one of the founders of Lamson & Cutner, P.C., a preeminent Elder Law firm with offices in New York City and Westchester County. He focuses on advising seniors and their families on health care planning and estate planning, and believes that seniors should have an integrated plan. His approach emphasizes the protection of assets against the high risks and high costs associated with long-term care. Mr. Cutner is the author of numerous articles and special reports for seniors, disabled persons, and their families and caregivers. He frequently presents seminars at nursing homes and hospitals, senior centers, and other venues. He gives Continuing Education courses on Elder Law and Estate Planning for Social Workers and other health care professionals.
