Mr. Schnipper worked in two District Attorney’s Offices and for two criminal defense law firms, where he has handled thousands of cases, and knows the necessary elements that prosecutors and solicitors are looking for to obtain a guilty verdict and he now brings that view and outlook to fight vigorously for those who have been charged with a crime. His past experiences on the prosecutorial side permits him the unique benefit from understanding each case from the angle of law enforcement, investigators, prosecutors and solicitors who are attempting to bring charges against suspected defendants. Mr. Schnipper represents clients across the State of Georgia and has successfully defended cases in every jurisdiction in the Atlanta area, which includes all the surrounding counties. Mr. Schnipper also was an associate attorney at a fast-paced personal injury law firm and learned how insurance adjusters and insurance defense attorneys strategize for pre-suit cases, litigation cases and trials.
