Dianne Grant Insurance Law

Dianne Grant focuses her practice on residential and commercial property damage claims. She started her career in the insurance industry as a Public Adjuster where she represented innumerable clients with the handling of their property damage claims. After becoming an attorney, she represented some of the largest mortgage lenders and servicers in all stages of foreclosure proceedings. From there, Ms. Grant worked at an insurance defense firm in South Florida, where she represented some of the largest insurers in property damage claims litigation, and handled third party products liability and personal injury cases.

Ms. Grant earned her Juris Doctor, magna cum laude, from Thomas M. Cooley Law School. While in law school, she served as a Senior Associate Editor on both the Thomas M. Cooley Law Review and the Thomas M. Cooley Journal of Practical and Clinical Law. She earned Certificates of Merit (Book Awards) in Evidence, Advanced Writing, Law Office Management, Pretrial Skills, and Business Planning. Based on her academic achievements in law school, Ms. Grant was the recipient of the President’s Achievement Award at graduation. She was a Judicial Intern for the Hon. Joseph Farah at the Genesee County Courthouse in Flint, Michigan, and did her externship at the Washtenaw County Public Defender’s Office in Ann Arbor, Michigan.
