Mr. Domingo Garcia received his B.A. in Political Science from the University of North Texas in 1980 and went on to receive his J.D. from Texas Southern University in 1983. Mr. Garcias primary areas of practice incliude: Personal Injury, Civil Rights, Insurance Claims, Employment and Labor, Motor Vehicle Accidents, Criminal Law, Immigration Law, and Civil Litigation. Mr. Garcia is a former Mayor Pro Tem for Dallas, Texas and a State Representative for Texas.
