Mr. Domingo Garcia received his B.A. in Political Science from the University of North Texas in 1980 and went on to receive his J.D. from Texas Southern University in 1983. Mr. Garcias primary areas of practice incliude: Personal Injury, Civil Rights, Insurance Claims, Employment and Labor, Motor Vehicle Accidents, Criminal Law, Immigration Law, and Civil Litigation. Mr. Garcia is a former Mayor Pro Tem for Dallas, Texas and a State Representative for Texas. In addition to Lawyers of Distinction, Mr. Garcia has received this following awards: Dallas Observer: Best Councilman, Oak Cliff Tribune: Citizen of the Year, Texas Hispanic Magazine: One of the Most Influential Hispanics in Texas, Stone Wall Democrats: Heroes of the 77th and 78th Legislature, Bilingual Association of Texas Community Advocate of the Year, Texas Democratic Caucus Service Award, Texas Southern Alumni Association Attorney of the Year, and the Thurgood Marshall School Tammy Boston Award.
