Donald “Corky” Eby is an attorney and partner at Robinson and Henry, P.C., in Castle Rock where he leads the real estate practice group. As a real estate attorney, he solves problems relating to all facets of real estate, including commercial and residential acquisition, financing, development, leases, foreclosure, landlord-tenant, eviction, contract issues, HOA disputes, broker representation, zoning, and other land use issues. Additionally, he is a licensed Colorado Real Estate Broker. Prior to joining Robinson and Henry, he served in the U.S. Navy and was assigned to various aviation squadrons and aircraft carriers over the course of his naval career. He also owns and operates a real estate company where he has personally bought and sold dozens of homes through both traditional and nontraditional means. As a business owner and an attorney, Mr. Eby has personally dealt with hundreds of buyers, sellers, and tenant issues such as breach of contract, earnest money disputes, etc.
