Doug practices in the areas of catastrophic personal injury, products liability, employment, business litigation, home owner’s association law and medical malpractice for plaintiffs and the defense. He also represents athletes before the State of Nevada Athletic Commission. Doug has obtained defense jury verdicts against plaintiffs in multi-million dollar cases, and has also garnered multi-million dollar awards for personal injury plaintiffs. He earned a B.A. from Tulane University before attending the University of Dayton School of Law, where he earned his J.D. He is admitted to the Nevada and Ohio Bar Associations.
