E. Brent Bryson Constitutional Law

Mesa attorney, Brent Bryson is the founding member and owner of Bryson Law Firm. Mr. Bryson combines his significant courtroom experience with sincere compassion to effectively represent his clients. Mr. Bryson is a native of Washington, D.C., and received his B.A. from Brigham Young University in 1992 and his J.D. from Northwestern School of Law of Lewis & Clark College in 1997. Prior to founding Bryson Law Firm in 2006, Mr. Bryson headed the Commercial Litigation department at Roberts Rowley Chapman in Mesa, AZ. Before that he was a Prosecutor with the Maricopa County Attorney’s Office, where he obtained extensive courtroom experience and received numerous awards and recognitions for his dedication and success. He began his career in the Phoenix litigation firms of Teilborg, Sanders and Parks, and Doyle Winthrop, where he practiced in the areas of commercial litigation and insurance defense. Prior to graduating from law school, Mr. Bryson clerked in Portland, Oregon with the Timber Operators Council and the firm of Corbett Gordon and Associates, a boutique labor and employment litigation firm. Mr. Bryson is a self-proclaimed “trial junkie” and is a perpetual student of the science and art of the practice of law. In addition to attending several continuing legal education seminars each year, he regularly studies books on persuasion, trial advocacy and negotiation. As a member of the State Bar of Arizona’s Speaker’s Bureau, Mr. Bryson also speaks at schools and community organizations on various legal topics. In addition to the law, Mr. Bryson’s passions are spending time with his family, hiking and biking in the desert, and taking his boys fishing.
