Mr. Lopez received his B.A. from Leigh University in 1990 and went on to receive his J.D. from Rutgers University in 1993. He was admitted to the New Jersey bar in 1994. Mr. Lopez is also admitted to practice law in the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey. Mr. Lopez is the founding partner of Stopper Lopez LLC. He leads the firm’s worker’s compensation and Social Security Disability practice. Mr. Lopez primary areas of practice include: Workplace accidents, Workplace harassment, Social Security, Municipal Court defense, and Gun owner rights. Mr. Lopez has limited the majority of his practice to those areas.
